Enterprise Academy
1) The Department of Science and Technology - National Capital Region (DOST-NCR),
through the PROPEL Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Million Pesos
(Php4, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under
the contract for Consulting Services for the Implementation of DOST-NCR's Project
Pelago (PROPEL) Enterprise Academy (2nd Bidding). Bids received in excess of the
ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
2) The DOST-NCR now calls for the submission of short-listing documents for Consulting
Services for the Implementation of DOST-NCR's Project Pelago (PROPEL)
Enterprise Academy (2nd Bidding). using competitive bidding. Short-listing documents
