Description : 1. The DTI RAPID Growth Project- NPCO hereby invites you to submit a Proposal as an individual consultant to conduct Consulting Services for the Finalization of the RAPID Exit and Sustainability Plan.
2. An individual consultant will be selected under Small Value Procurement through Quality Based Evaluation (QBE) method using the below criteria. The minimum required technical score is 85 points. The individual consultant that does not meet the minimum technical score is automatically disqualified.
