Description: the City of Thunder Bay (“City”) Has Committed to Ambitious Greenhouse Gas (Ghg) Reduction Targets As Part of Its Broader Corporate Sustainability Goals, Aiming to Achieve Net-Zero Emissions in Corporate Facilities by 2050. These Facilities Vary in Size, Age, and Operational Complexity. a Critical Step in Achieving These Targets, the City will Undertake Comprehensive Ashrae Level Ii Energy Audits Within Three (3) Corporate Facilities. These Audits will Provide a Detailed Assessment of Each Facility-S Energy Performance, Including an Analysis of Utility Consumption Trends, Benchmarking, Site Inspections, Evaluation of Building Systems, Identification of Operational and Capital Improvement Opportunities and Energy Conservation Measures.It is Mandatory that the Team Members Assigned to This Project Demonstrate Relevant Experience in Leading and Conducting Level Ii Ashrae Energy Audits at Municipal Facilities Within the Province of Ontario.
