The establishment of ANABI requires a continuous development and implementation of work and strategic tools necessary for the efficient functioning of the Agency, as well as investment in human resource capital, so thatso that the operational independence of the Agency and the efficient performance of its functions are possible. The essence of the operation of this institution is inter-agency cooperation - all institutions with attributions will be involved throughout the duration of the criminal process, in an integrated manner. This oneimplies the need for a holistic and interdisciplinary approach, with the participation of all institutions within the judicial system or with attributions related to the judicial system, involved in the debt recovery process, in order to ensure continuous training of specialists andpractitioners, of the exchange of experience between them, of access to new tools and methods of financial investigations, and, implicitly, of a common judicial practice, training that is ensured through the activities carried out within the project.
