The procurement includes consulting services in everything from business development and change management
in the area of digitization and IT to system development and system administration in various areas.
The procurement is divided into four tender areas:
1. Business development, management and control includesincluding change management, project management, impact control, business development, enterprise architecture, information architecture, process mapping, sourcing, feasibility studies, prototyping and requirements setting. 2. System development and life cycle management include services in architecture, infrastructurer, system development and
system administration. Development of digital services, such as web solutions, e-services, and applications are examples of development projects in the field. Furthermore, administrative management and test management are included in the tender area.
3. Specialists in Geodata and GIS include consulting servicesr in the field of geodata and Geographical Information Systems (GIS). Development of system support, preliminary studies, analyses, requirements, integrations, management and decommissioning.
4. Information security covers the entire information security area. The procurement also includes information security with
the entire dess breadth from strategies and development of management systems, risk management and information classifications to technical
