This request for proposal is being issued to invite qualified consultants and/or firms to submit proposals to develop a new five-year strategic plan, 2027 - 2032, that is inclusive and incorporates the views of our employees, Board of Trustees, stakeholders, partners, funders, donors and the community we serve. The consultant will have a proven track record of working with cultural organizations and should demonstrate familiarity with public libraries and an understanding of the charitable and community service sectors.
