Solicitude of proposals (RFP) for consulting services for consulting servicesin order to strengthen the capacities of the Institute of Ecology and Climate Change of Mexico (INECC) for the development of the elements related to national circumstances and institutional arrangements, as well as other elements that strengthen the implementation of climate policy inMexico, within the framework of the 7th National Communication (CN) on climate change and the first biannual transparency report.
