1) The University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU), from the Government of the Philippines through 164FHE2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (₱1, 350, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Consulting Services for the Detailed Architectural and Engineering Designs (DAEDs) for the Proposed Construction of UPOU Warehouse Building (REI No. 26-08-001). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
