As outlined in Metro Vancouver-s Green Fleet Plan, fleet electrification is expected to play a critical role in meeting Metro Vancouver-s climate action goals to lower GHG emissions and to become net zero. The Green Fleet Plan requires that approximately 307 vehicles are transitioned / replaced to electric vehicles over the next six (6) years. Support for the installation of electric charging infrastructure is required to meet these goals.
