of 8:30a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Mondays to Thursdays and 8:30 a.m. -3:00 p.m. on Fridays.

clearly marked “Proposal for Consulting Services for the University of the West Indies Five Islands
Campus Expansion Project” (“Do not open” to the outer sealed envelope), must be hand-delivered
or by registered mail/ courier to the address indicated below not later than the 15th of December,
2023 at 12pm local time.
