Description : Request for Expression of Interest
1. The National Irrigation Administration, through the Fund of GAA 2025 intends to apply the sum of Sixteen Million Three Hundred Twelve Thousand Two Hundred Eighty-Five and 40/100 Pesos (PhP16, 312, 285.40) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Consulting Services for the Construction Supervision of Jalaur River Multi-Purpose Project II (Irrigation Components). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
Prospective Bidders should be PhilGEPS registered and possess a valid permits applicable to the contract, must have completed within 10 years from the submission of bids, at least one contract for the design and construction supervision of irrigation project carried out for at least 5 years in Panay Island to ensure familiarity with local site and environmental conditions; must have experience in Roller Compacted Concrete method of construction for O&M Manual preparation; must have experience in preparation of Emergency Action Plan; and must ...
