SCOPE OF WORK:
A. Identify the vertical and lateral
extent of target aquifers and
determine the precise boundaries
between freshwater, brackish, and
saltwater intrusion zones.
B. Conduct a comprehensive
inventory of existing wells
within the surrounding areas to
estimate current groundwater
extraction rates and assess
potential interference or drawdowns
on the local auifer.
C. Review available geological
maps, regional hydrogeological
reports, historical rainfall data,
previous groundwater studies,
and relevant local water utility
records within the municipality of
Santa Cruz.
D. Conduct a groundwater
resources investigation and high-
resolution geo-resistivity survey
across all 22 identified sites within
the 16 MWO-serviced barangays
to evaluate subsurface lithology,
water-bearing structures, and
development potential.
