The project aims to enhance the capacity of key Albanian institutions involved in vocational education and training (VET) governance. Focused on Project Cycle Management (PCM), Work Package 2 (WP2) specifically targets the capacity building of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Innovation (MECI), the National Agency for Employment and Skills (NAES), the National Agency for VET and Qualifications (NAVETQ), and VET providers- Development Units. By equipping these bodies with practical PCM skills, the project seeks to strengthen their ability to manage EU and other donor-funded projects effectively, while supporting them in securing EU funding for larger initiatives.
