Description : HBH through this RFP is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to conduct a business requirement analysis for the automation of processes and assist with the development of a Request for Proposals RFP for the future purchase and implementation of a Hospitality Management System. This RFP includes all the terms and condition of the tender process and should be read carefully. The Bidders are expected to clearly meet all the requirements as specified in this RFP. Mandatory Requirement I. The Bidder must demonstrate their experience in providing process analysis, engineering, and automation. II. The Bidder must demonstrate their experience in providing system integration consultancy services to hospitality corporates in the past five 5 years. III. The Bidder must have a valid license Active CR to carry out the service of consulting activity. In case the Bidder does not meet any of the above requirements, the Bidder will be disqualified.
