Consulting services and the accreditation/certification/authorization of a training center and dissemination of good practices at the level of the National Agency for the Administration of Undisposaled Assets in the field of recovery of debts arising from crimes, within the project "Continuation of consoligiving and streamlining the national system for the recovery of debts arising from crimes"
The establishment of ANABI requires the continuous development and implementation of working and strategic tools necessary for the effective functioning of the Agency, as well as the investment in human resource capital, so that the operational independence of the Agency and the efficient performance of its functions are possible.
The ultimate goal of the Agency is to ensure an increase in the execution rate of confiscation orders ordered in criminal matters, through an efficient administration of seches assetstracts that are assigned to the Agency of Prosecutors and Judges. Correlatively, the revenues brought to the state budget will increase, as well as those that ensure the compensation of victims of crimes, including the state, when it is a civil party in the criminal process.
A challenge that isstill relevant in Romania is the effective recovery of the damage caused to the state, as well as the identification and confiscation of assets acquired through crimes.
