but cannot settle or enter into compromise agreements without
written consent from the Gov't. Corporate Counsel (OGCC) and
approve from the OWD Board of Directors.
Cases and legal matters filed in Metro Manila coutrs or quasi-judicial
bodies must be referred to the Office of the OGCC.
The agreement does not create an employer-employee relationship
between OWD and the ATTOTNEY.
The ATTORNEY under the OGCC in handling OWD legal matters and
must submit periodic reports and copies of Important pleadings
through the OWD General Manager.
A deputization letter from the OGCC is required for every case the
ATTORNEY will handle for OWD.
