The successful proponent will be responsible for preparing Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings, technical specifications, and Class A cost estimates to support the development of new cemetery sections, including associated roads and municipal infrastructure. The consultant will also provide contract administration and construction oversight services throughout the implementation phase, working collaboratively with the selected construction contractor to support the successful delivery of the project. Upon completion of the work, the consultant will prepare and submit complete record drawings and related documentation reflecting the final constructed condition of the project.
