The Elksenter Arena is located in the Hart, and is approximately 14 km north of downtown Prince George. It was originally constructed in the late 1970-s, and requires some work to extend its life. This project will affect civil, architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical components of the building. Significant mechanical (Ammonia/refrigeration plant) and electrical (service upgrade) projects have recently been completed. The Contract will be completed in two (2) parts as outlined below. The award of Part 2 is subject to the Consultant-s performance and project budget approval. Part 1 to include: Pre-Design Services Design Services (Schematic and Design Development) Contract Documents Part 2 to include: Tendering Services Construction Administration Services Post Construction Services Documents
