DESCRIPTION OF THE OULU LIFE ARENA DEVELOPMENT PHASE SUPPORT - CONSULTING SERVICE The project group of the city of Oulu's corporate administration (hereinafter also the "clients") requests your offer for the consulting service in accordance with this request for tender and its appendices. The object of the procurement is support for the development phase of Oulu's experience arena. Oulu station region and Raksila area will be Oulu's most significant urban development target in the coming years. The city develops various projects and activities for the area, the most important of which is the experience arena and the services and activities that support it. The city of Oulu has tendered the experience arena and the activities that support it as a public procurement by the implementer under the name Oulu experience arena and environment project. The consulting service for which we are now requesting your offer concerns, among other things, supporting the development phase of the Oulu experience arena and environment project and advising on commercial, legal, contractual, financial and from a fiscal point of view. We are looking for an experienced and versatile partner to support the project group of the city of Oulu in the preparation and implementation of the development phase of the arena project. We are especially looking for experts in the development phase of urban development projects.
