Brief description of assignment:

preparing master plan, design, supervision and monitoring for “establishment of cuet it business incubator. 1. Prepare master plan incorporating present and future infrastructure requirement;

2. Conduct survey and investigation;

3. Provide design & planning consultancy services including architectural and structural design;

4. The design consulting services shall include but not limited in preparation of working drawings, bill of quantities, and estimation of works, work schedule for construction management including working drawing of all infrastructures;

5. Preparation of tender document and assist in contract administration;

6. Assist in quality control of construction materials and works by engaging in full time supervision of construction works;

7. Preparation of 3d model of whole park area- showing all infrastructure;

8. Submit completion report along with all documents including as-built drawing
experience, resources and delivery capacity required:i. The firm should have minimum 10 (ten) years experience in the field of providing architectural and engineering consultancy services with construction supervision.
ii. The firm should have specific experience in educational institution/incubation/software technology park including architectural and engineering consultancy services with construction supervision for any project of the bangladesh.
iii. The firms may form joint venture; in which case all firms/entities shall be jointly and severally liable for the entire consultant`s obligation under the contract. The total number of firm`s should not exceed the limit as indicated in ppr 2008 to accordance with public procurement rules-2008.
