Brief description of assignment:
service providers/vendors will be responsible for providing space for disaster recovery site (drs) with power, cooling, and physical security for servers, storage, and networking equipment of disaster recovery site (drs) of ektee bari ektee khamar project on monthly rental basis for 3 (three) years (renewable) where the following features must be comply:
1. Ip based cctv digital recorder: center must have 24x7x365 ip based video recording system and capable of preserving at least 1 year video backup.
2. Standard raised floor: the raised floor in the center should be minimum of 18"" height.
3. 24x7x365 onsite security: must have 24x7x365 onsite security guard arrangement.
4. 24x7x365 environmental monitoring system: the environmental monitoring system should be enabled for 24x7x365. This monitoring system must capable to give report of temperature, water and humidity.
5. Redundant and precision cooling system: must have precision cooling systems capable of maintain temperature (18 °c minimum 22 °c maximum).
6. Humidity: humidity of the center must be below of 60%.
7. Very easy smoke detection apparatus: the standard and intelligent smoke & heat detection system must be installed on site. The smoke/heat detection system must be checked at least twice in a month.
8. State-of-the-art fire suppression: very standard fire suppression system must be installing on site and the fire suppression system should be checked at least once in two month.
9. Biometric hand geometry readers: biometric physical access control system must be installed in all the door of the center. The system must be having a standard reporting system.
10. Multiple public power grids (optional): there are the two public power lines should be installed in the center.
11. Emergency exit door: there should be at least one emergency exit door in the center.
12. Redundant ups connection: the two ups must be installed for the ensuring power of all the electrical device of the center. Both ups connection must be allocated for each rack.
13. Maximum ups utilization: the ups output power utilization should not be reached more than 70 of the total output capacity.
14. Redundant generators: must have two generator with redundant ats (automatic transfer switch)
15. Data center must have proper grounding, surge protector and lightening protection system.
