Brief description of assignment:

a) construction & operation of import based lpg storage, bottling & distribution plant at mongla, bagerhat including mounded storage tanks of capacity 8000 mt, 5000 dwt jetty, minimum filling capacity of 2880 domestic lpg cylinders per hour, large cylinders filling system, bulk lpg selling facilitity through road tankers & burge, piping/electrification/control systems, civil constructions and all other facilities required to execute a state of art project.

B) minimum production capacity of the plant shall be 100, 000 (one hundred thousand) metric ton per year.
experience, resources and delivery capacity required:eois are requested from internationally reputed companies experienced in liquefied petroleum gas (lpg) operations, such as- importation, storage, bottling, marketing & distribution through cylinders as well as in bulk for household, autogas, commercial, industrial & other uses. Companies will be technically & financially sound having minimum 5(five) years of experiences along with full complement of skilled staffs capable of conducting such construction and operations of similar facilities.

Other details (if applicable):a) upon receipt of eois, the interested companies that are deemed best suited to perform the assignment will be short-listed. Thereafter request for proposal (rfp) documents will be sent to the short-listed companies. The company will be selected based on least cost selection (lcs) method in accordance with the procedures of ppa 2006 and ppr 2008 of bangladesh government.
