Brief description of assignment:

objective of the assignment

the objective is to render consultancy services for establishing and implementing an efficient management system in accordance with guidelines of latest version of international standard of quality management system compliant to iso 9001:2015 and assist to achieve an international acknowledgement in the form of certification for 11 (eleven) pbss such as narayanganj pbs-1, narayanganj pbs-2, chittagong pbs-1, chittagong pbs-2, chittagong pbs-3, cox`s bazar pbs, laxmipur pbs, noakhali pbs, chandpur pbs-1, chandpur pbs-2, and brahmanbaria pbs.
experience, resources and delivery capacity required:the eligibility of consulting firm for participation in the eoi includes:

1. Eligible firms having strong background and long standing experience in the field to deliver the required services to establish a quality management system (qms) compliant to iso 9001:2015 guidelines.

2. The applicant/interested consulting firm shall be nationally reputed organization.

3. The applicant shall have their own branches/offices in dhaka city.

4. The applicant shall have total of 20 (twenty) iso 9001 (qms) standard consultancy experience;

5. At least 05 (five) iso 9001(qms) standards consultancy experience in power utilities in which 03 (three) in electricity distribution utilities;

6. Firms having higher experience and reputation in power utility organizations will get preference.

7. The interested firms must have the following (failing which the firm will be considered as disqualified):

a. Valid registration.

B. Address of registered office and country of registration.

C. Trade license

d. Vat registration with up-to-date tin.

E. Areas of operations.

F. Description of assignments conducted during last three years.

G. `list of major clients during past 03 (three) years with contact address and contact person.

H. Personal qualification: list of technical, managerial expertise with their cvs, experience and documents in support of their educational qualification and photographs` to be attached. Cv will bear specimen signature of each person for identification.

I. Copy of bank solvency certificate.

J. Capacity to provide similar consultancy to 05 organizations in a year.

K. Preference will be given those who have experience in implementing iso 9001:2015 version.

v. Experience of working with public/private & development partners/donors.
