General objective: The purpose of this consultancy is to identify and carry out site evaluations in at least 100 health establishments (H.E.) in Ecuador, in order to determine their energy needs and collect infrastructure information that serves as a basis for planning. installation projects for solar photovoltaic systems in said establishments. The specific objectives of this consultancy are: Compile data on the energy needs of First Level Health Centers suitable for solar energy according to the template designed for the evaluation.Raise information on the state of the infrastructure and technical, logistical, social, economic, and health conditions, in addition to carrying out the standard sizing and design of photovoltaic solar solutions, in accordance with the evaluation instrument.Perform a diagnosis of energy efficiency in each of the establishments included in the consultancy.Determine the optimal solar capacity and define the main equipment required.Develop specific designs for large and intermediate health centers, and standardized type designs for the establishments smaller.Define the budget and operation and maintenance (O&M) strategy of the proposed solutions.Present the main results of the consultancy, including a final report with findings, analysis and recommendations for each establishment evaluated.
