General objectiveStrengthen the socio-educational system in Ecuador through the development of operational and technical documents that favor the individual intervention of adolescents in conflict with the criminal law, through articulated and interdisciplinary, and a participatory approach focused on the rights of this care group. Specific objectives Strengthen and update the comprehensive restorative care model based on the elements that emerged in the processes participatory developed by UNICEF and counterparts such as the National Mechanism for the Prevention of Torture, the Directorate of Socio-educational Measures of the SNAI and the technical teams that make up the socio-educational system. Generate a cycle of workshops that can contribute to strengthening the participation of adolescents who are in the centers for adolescent offenders and the zonal comprehensive development units, contributing to their empowerment and so that they can influence clearly and strategically in the new care and management models that will be created. Develop a management model that can be articulated with the care model and that contributes to the need to regulate processes and develop regulations for the strengthening the socio-educational system.
