Consulting: Development of a characterization study of coffee workers and decent work practices in the supply chain of Huila and Risaralda, with a focus on occupational health and safety and equitable hiring. The Office International Labor Organization (ILO) is looking for a company to carry out a Consultancy. Below is a summary of the work to be carried out: The objective of this contract is to develop a characterization study of temporary coffee workers in the departments of Huila and Risaralda, with a focus on OSH and hiring conditions, knowledge and practices. The results of the study will be used to inform the development and/or adaptation of training and dialogue materials to promote good sectoral practices. The study will seek to reach at least 500 workers in the coffee supply chain divided into the two territories, but the proposal must be presented at three levels (1. Up to 500 workers, up to 700 workers and up to 900 workers). In addition to carrying out at least 10 interviews (virtual or in-person) that include representatives of the government, employers, workers and key actors in the chain that are determined by the ILO. There are three specific objectives: 1. Characterize the sociodemographic and labor profile of temporary workers in the department of Huila and Risaralda; 2. Identify and analyze working conditions with emphasis on SST; 3.
