Consulting Design, collection, processing, analysis and delivery of results of the National Labor Opinion Survey. Generate national, reliable and technically supported information on perceptions, conditions and transformations of work in Honduras from the perspective of the economically active population aged 15 to 64, to strengthen the information available in the Secretariat and in the Labor Market Observatory and serve as input for institutional decision-making. (ENOL 2026). Contracting will be carried out in accordance with Article 63.-Assumptions. Direct Contracting May Be Carried Out in the Following Cases: Section 3) in the case of works, supplies or consulting services, whose value does not exceed the amounts established in the general provisions of the general budget of income and expenditures of the republic, in accordance with article 38 of this law, in which case quotes may be requested from potential bidders without the formalities of private bidding;
