REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL UNDP-HND-00675Consulting for the Strengthening, scaling and technological modernization of the CORE-IHCAFE ecosystem and its support infrastructure, within the framework of the National Georeferencing Strategy for Coffee Farms for compliance with the EUDR. The United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Honduras, through the Project: “Strengthening the Institutional Capacities of the FHIS”, has supported initiatives aimed at strengthening capacities institutional, digital transformation and the generation of tools that contribute to the sustainability of learning and knowledge management processes. As part of this effort, it is considered a priority to hire a consulting company. specialized to strengthen, complete and technologically scale the CORE-IHCAFE ecosystem, under a co-development scheme with the IHCAFE IT Unit, concentrating the intervention on closing the pending functionalities of the application mobile, the development of the cloud backend and its APIs, the expansion of the interoperability middleware, the web portal for monitoring the survey and georeferencing, the harvest documentation module, the first phase of the system for exporters and the first phase of producer identification, with common criteria of interoperability, security, traceability, data quality and institutional sustainability, in order to strengthen the capacity...
