The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) calls for tender (RFP) to establish a contract with a supplier to carry out a Consulting Service for Evaluation of the UNICEF Country Program 2020-2025 in Mexico "Request For Proposal" (RFP, for its acronym in English), and that id0311b314139639afa8d9993705f8a28Defined in this case as an RFP, it is a call for acquisitions of required services, where the offeror is expected to propose a solution to the problem exposed in the specifications. RFP is issued to receive proposals that, when evaluated, contain a comprehensive solution, withinof the framework of the established instructions, such as: (i) objective and scope, (ii) enumeration of the requirements that must be included in the proposal, (iii) selection criteria, (iv) method of delivery of the proposals.
