The consultancy will develop sectoral diagnoses to identify current and future skills needs, priority occupations and training gaps in strategic sectors linked to the climate transition, the green economy and decent work. The work will include quantitative analysis and qualitative, documentary review, interviews, consultations and validation processes with government institutions, employers' and workers' organizations, training institutions and other relevant actors. Expected products include documents technical with recommendations aimed at strengthening institutional capacities for the anticipation of skill needs and the development of competencies. The results should contribute to the implementation of NDC 3.0 and serve as a basis for the development of a National Just Transition Program.
