Description : PURPOSES:

The objective of the consultancy is to adapt the material and develop a training program for the prevention of child sexual exploitation aimed at the tourism sector of Panama.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under the supervision of the Specialist in Partnerships with UNICEF's private sector, the consultant should:

Review the existing materials of the Dominican Republic campaign on sexual exploitation of childrenuseful and adapt them to the local language.

Review existing material of the National Commission for the Prevention of Crimes of Sexual Exploitation (CONAPREDES) and incorporate or adapt to the final work.

Develop material to provide training to representatives of the tourism sector in Panama .

Conceptual adaptation of the content for the context of Panama

Develop a training program that can be shared with the tourism sectorfor its continuous disclosure and implementation in the private sector. This development should include:

Conceptual training note for all areas involved in the provision of tourism services.

Support material for training with attractive design, appropriate and adapted to each audience.

Carry out three sessions of training for representatives, HR personnel and / or Customer Service of the hotel sector in Panama.

Ajustar the program according to the results and evaluation of the sessions that are taught.
