The General Directorate of Mobility Planning and Infrastructure will carry out the works incorporation of geothermal facilities, accessibility elements and other actions to the execution project of the Paseo Verde del Suroeste (Underground of the A-5 - Paseo de Extremadura Lot 3), to achieve the recovery for the city of the space currently occupied by the A-5 Highway. Given the great magnitude of this work, its budgetary amount, the foreseeable mobility problems that will occur during the execution of the different phases, as well as the services affected in it, make the need for a consulting and assistance service essential. Technical to the Construction Management that has the capacity to supervise and analyze the different phases in which the work will take place to guarantee the good material execution of the works, through qualitative and quantitative control of the construction and the quality of the built, as well as verify reception at work.
