Dear Bidder, The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a person to carry out work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be carried out: The work will include the review of the original project document of the Joint Program (PRODOC), its previous adaptations and the technical inputs available on just transition and formalization applicable to Colombia and, in particular, Cesar and La Guajira. The consultancy must take into account the diagnoses prepared in the IKIJET framework, especially studies on the selection of productive diversification sectors and labor market needs regarding the reduction of thermal coal, and integrating them with socioeconomic, productive and labor information from from official sources. Likewise, it will review public policies, institutional instruments, sectoral tools, official declarations and spaces for social dialogue and inter-institutional coordination mechanisms that can support a response. integrated with the participation of tripartite constituents and territorial actors. Based on this analysis, the consultant will adapt the intervention logic of the Joint Program of “Transition to the formal economy with emphasis on increasing productivity and the improvement of working conditions in the prioritized economic sectors (tourism, coffee and cocoa).
