Hearing on the tender for a framework agreement for the purchase of job adverts for Copenhagen Municipality's job advertisements. The Municipality of Copenhagen is preparing a tender for a framework agreement for the procurement of job advertising. The agreement must include advertising of job postings on online media and job portals. The client has divided the contract into 2 separate sub-contracts. Sub-agreement 1 job advertisement on job portal is intended for job advertising on a job portal with broad exposure. Sub-agreement 2 media agency services for job advertising is intended for placement of job advertisements with a more subject- and industry-specific ad segmentation. Brief description of expected tender conditions The client wishes to enter into an agreement with one tenderer per partial contract. The tenderer may submit an offer for all partial contracts and may be awarded all of them partial contracts. The tender is expected to be carried out as a public tender with awarding on the basis of the best ratio between price and quality. Price will be assessed on the basis of tender lists. Quality will be assessed on the basis of solution descriptions. The tenderer will therefore have to answer both the list of offers and the solution description for the respective sub-agreement for which they are submitting an offer.
