Consultation on system for electric vehicle charging
Stavanger municipality will in the near future, following a contract, connect cars that are to have home charging to the system. More chargers will follow later. The relevant employees and the municipality must have a good framework around the charging, in a way that ensures the employees are reimbursed for expenses they have incurred for charging company vehicles, while at the same time ensuring that both employees and the municipality are informed about the charging that has taken place. Later chargers will be able to be located both at home, on municipal property or linked to other areas the municipality disposes of. The solution must and can facilitate public payment for chargers that are made available to residents. Acquisition of the charging solution itself and installation is purchased through the municipality's existing framework agreements. Stavanger municipality intends to enter into an SSA-L, and it is this that would regulate the overriding obligations between the parties. Before the competition is announced, Stavanger municipality wants input on the following documents: Appendix 1 - Specification of requirements We want in addition input on how the price form can be designed.
