on 1, 2 or all 3 sub -agreements. Assignment is done separately for each part agreement. The contracts
are exclusive. All 3 framework agreements contain provisions of expected
initial deliveries to be delivered within 3 months of ordering. Sub -Agreement No. 1
contains provisionson telephone support, service agreement in which service and annual
service check are included. Sub -Agreement No. 2 contains provisions on telephone support. The Prison and Probation Serviceis
organized in a Directorate, two geographical area offices, each of which
supports the operation of detention centers, open and closed prisons, departure centers and
pensions in that area. The Prison and Probation Service is in charge of custody and
imprisonment for approx. 3, 600 clients spread over approx. 80 locations all overthe country.
