The institution will be approximately 50, 000 square meters BTA and the land area covers 120, 000 square meters. Because of this, Specialfastigheter needs to procure several different consulting services with leading, follow-up and supporting roles within the developer's organization. The desired roles in the project are: - Deputy project manager - installation manager -VS - installation manager - Vent - installation manager - Steering - installation manager - El - Construction manager - Construction - Construction manager - Land - Base-P - Controller (KA) - Environment and sustainability coordinator - Project planner - BIM coordinator Each consultant category will be a separate tender area.
