Tenders are invited for Consultant Service for Outcome Harvesting-ISAC Project
Required Skills and Experience
o Proven experience leading Outcome Harvesting for development initiatives, particularly in international and multi-stakeholder contexts.
o A minimum of 7 years using qualitative methodologies
o Experience in leading focus group discussions and key informant interviews (KII)
o Skilled at facilitating workshops.
o Strong analytical and communication skills.
o Proven track record in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL), preferably in the democracy, human rights, and governance sectors (including civil society strengthening).
o Fluency in Khmer is preferable. Fluency in English is mandatory.
