Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time as established by the Research Council of Canada.BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This purpose of this RFSQ is to establish a roster of qualified consultants who can provide the consulting services described in RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the "Deliverables") For complete bid details, refer to the RFSQ documents.MANDATORY REQUIREMENT (S): Respondents must comply with all mandatory technical requirements outlined in the RFSQ, Appendix A, section D. Mandatory Technical Requirements.
