Tender Details

Request for proposals are invited for Consultant as an Individual, a Firm or an Institution For the Provision of “MCBR assessment”.

Since January 2011, Save the Children International (SC) has been designated as Co-Principal Recipient (PR) of the programs funded by The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GFATM) in Myanmar and will continue leading activities funded through GFATM Grants up to 2020.

During the implementation of the Grant, SC has developed software to achieve higher quality of intervention through a better collection and analysis of data from Malaria service providers. Measuring the impact of the tool and its benefit are essential. Also, the result of the assessment will lead further investment and the way we will continue strengthening the quality of services provided to the beneficiaries.

The purpose of this procurement process is to select qualified “Consultant” to conduct the assessment of the system set up comparing the quality of data from service providers- level up to final analysis at central level and the cost efficiency with previous paper based data record.
