Expression of Interest are invited for Short Term Consultant hiring - Myanmar Financial Institutions Group Advisory Program.

The International Finance Corporation (IFC) is seeking a consultant to work directly with the Financial Institutions Group Team in Myanmar, providing administrative support to ongoing projects. This is a holistic role, involving internal planning, coordinating, and reporting.

INDIVIDUAL / FIRM PROFILE
The consultant should be an individual.

SELECTION CRITERIA
Bachelors or equivalent degree in economics, finance, business, or similar
At least two years work experience in banking, consulting, market research, or another fast-paced, knowledge-based work environment
Experience working on tasks related to project management is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and sound business judgment to identify issues and present creative and practical solutions
Facility to work successfully in international, multicultural teams
Ability to interface well with clients
Advanced PowerPoint and presentation skills
Excellent writing and oral communication skills
Strong attention to detail and quality
Native level fluency in Myanmar language (written, read, and spoken)
Excellent working-level English (written, read, and spoken)
