Description : Manitoba Housing is inviting consulting service providers to act as a Prime Consultant in the investigation of the geothermal system problem and further steps to correct existing deficiencies in UCN Student Housing Dwelling Units located at 1500 Stickney Avenue, Brandon, Manitoba as further described in the Appendix 1 - Scope of Work. The existing property with a geothermal system was commissioned in 2009 and the most recent visual assessments of the property were carried out in 2019 and 2020. An optional site visit is scheduled for March 25, 2021. Bidders who wish to attend the site visit must pre-register with the Contract Administrator via email at [email protected] prior to noon of March 24, 2021. When pre-registering, provide the name of the individual attending the site visit along with their email and telephone contact information. Bidders are to meet at 1500 Stickney Avenue, Brandon, MB. Attendance sheets will be prefilled based on pre-registration. Your attendance will be checked off and confirmed by the Project Manager. Deadline for questions is April 1, 2021.
