Description : Manitoba Housing is inviting consulting service providers to act as a Prime Consultant and lead an interdisciplinary team of Consultants and Sub-consultants to provide the scope of engineering and architectural services associated with Manitoba Housing Project 7312 located at 218 4th St., Brandon, Manitoba as further described in the Appendix 1 - Scope of Work. The asset is a fifty-two (52) unit, five (5) story apartment building. The building was commissioned in 1974. An optional site visit is scheduled for February 9, 2021. Bidders who wish to attend the site visit must pre-register with the Contract Administrator via email at [email protected] prior to noon of February 8, 2021. When pre-registering, provide the name of the individual attending the site visit along with their email and telephone contact information. Bidders are to meet at 218 4th St., Brandon, MB. Attendance sheets will be prefilled based on pre-registration. Your attendance will be checked off and confirmed by the Project Manager. If Bidders are not available to attend the scheduled site visit but still wish to view the site, an appointment may be arranged by contacting the Project Manager, Gavin Scott, at 204-761-1713.
