Consultant Development of Ki-Platform

We consider all participating municipalities in this joint procurement as a joint supply competition. The municipalities of Alver, Aurland, Austrheim, Austevoll, Fedje, Gulen, Masfjorden, Modalen, Oster0y, Samnanger, Vaksdal and Sveio have established a joint ICT operating company, ICT Nordhordland Municipal Task Community (ICTNH). ICTNH has entered into operational cooperation with Etne, Tysnes and Vindafjord. These municipalities have entered into co -operation with ICTNH in this tender competition. This request Mainly applies: - Consultant assistance for the development of KI platform ICTNH has decided to establish a common municipal generative Ki platform for the development of digital assistants and automated text and document services. The platform should be built in Azure environment and use large -scale language models (LLM) Combined with RAG architecture and the municipalities' subject system data.
