Invitation to ProponentsThis RFP is an invitation from The Corporation of the City of Thunder Bay (the “City”) to qualified Proponents to prepare and submit competitive offers for provision of a conceptual design and design specifications for an aerobic Source Separated Organics (or “SSO”, as defined below) and Leaf and Yard Waste (or “L&Y Waste”, as defined below) composting facility. The proposed facility will be located at City-s Solid Waste Recycling Facility located at 5405 Mapleward Rd, Thunder Bay, Ontario (the “SWRF”). The deliverables from this RFP process will form the basis for a subsequent design, build, operate RFP for the construction of the required facility.
