Tender Details

Consultant assistance within PNT The Norwegian Coastal Administration needs consulting services within PNT (Position, Navigation and Timing), with particular focus on GNSS and handling of signal interference (jamming and spoofing) in the maritime sector. The background for the need is increasing dependence of GNSS in maritime navigation, combined with documented vulnerability to interference through several conducted jamming tests (2022-2025). The tests have shown that GNSS-based systems can lose position, give the wrong position or be manipulated, and that robustness varies significantly between systems and configurations
