The objective of this assignment is to provide User Training, Customer Support and Sequence Services Development Delivery and Control for a WIPO BRIDGE Enhancement Project Phase to the WIPO BRIDGE Product Owner for the further enhancement and exploration of sequence services. The Consultant will support controlled delivery of further exploration and development, including training, mentoring and customer journey coordination; training coordination for test customer groups and other ongoing development activities (ODAs); integrated planning and execution control; workpackage/stakeholder consultations and coordination; CMS/LMS and learning-environment design and management; data collection for user feedback and market research; reporting; risk, issue, change and deliverable control; stakeholder liaison; and material for PRR, DBC and Stage Gate readiness.If you are interested, please express your interest and consult the detailed Terms of Reference and other relevant information on the WIPO e-sourcing platform.
