A study will ascertain the condition of the existing two passenger elevators. Report to include class D estimate ofany recommendations.Both elevators are from the original installation (c.1995). There is an increasing number of service calls related tofailing elevator components. As per elevator contractor, multiple failing components are now obsolete and requiremodernization. Study will determine components in need of replacement and recommendations to maintain fullfunctionality of both elevators onsite.
