Scope of Work/Overview:Development of written instructions that set-out the operation, inspection, cleaning, maintenance, testing and verification requirements of HVAC systems, and the calibration procedures for all sensors, probes and gauges on which the systems depend for efficient operation. HVACSOPs for systems containing halocarbon shall include specific procedures that seek to prevent the inadvertent release of halocarbon. The consultant shall use the detail scope of work template provided by the project manager for developing and creating the SOP. As well as providing the sequence ofoperations of each of the HVAC systems in the building. To develop the required SOP, the consultant shall:1.review and verify the CMMS inventory ensuring all equipment within the building that forms part of the SOP is captured, if not the consultant is to notify the project manager in order to havea CMMS completed and submitted updating the overall inventory list; 2.use the detail scope of work template and the checklist to be provided by the project manager for developing and creating the SOP. 3. take into account CSA Guideline Z204-94, entitled Guideline for Managing Air Quality in OfficeBuildings, and follow the instructions' requirements per section 2.24 of DIV III of the Canadian Occupational Health and Safety Regulations.Anticipated job showing date and time: May 27, 2025, 10:00 AMAnticipated bid closing date: June 3, 2025, 2:00 PMAnticipated award date: June 6, 2025, 12:00AM
