Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy to Support Tree Count Analysis
TIMING
This procurement will be closed on 12 May 2024. The intended contract start date is 10 June 2024 and
completion of (minimum) 10, 000-hectare analysis by 15 December 2024. The contract can be extended
into 2025 to complete additional hectare analysis.
GUIDELINES FOR PROPOSAL SUBMISSION
Requirements
The selected vendor will be able to demonstrate capacity in similar work, particularly:
• Proven expertise in applying remote sensing analysis to land and forestry systems which will be
assessed through examples of existing work on these topics and through the CVs of the team;
• Proficient in the application of remote sensing techniques, including image processing, tree delineation,
and tree identification processes;
• Experience in imagery labeling and annotation;
• Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures;
• Ability to work remotely in an international team environment;
• Experience managing large amounts of vector and raster datasets.
